Board overview
The Ramboll Foundation is currently governed by a board of 11 members, of which four members are elected by the Ramboll employees in accordance with applicable Danish law.
Members of the Ramboll Foundation Board work to ensure that the Ramboll Group A/S and its affiliated and associated companies behave in an ethical, responsible, and socially-minded manner to earn the respect and trust of clients and business partners and to maintain satisfaction and motivation amongst Ramboll employees.
All members on the Board are current or former Ramboll employees, according to the wishes of the founders of the Foundation.
