All applications will be assessed by the Foundation Board. The Board meets four times a year. Applications for the quarterly Board meeting should therefore be submitted before the following dates:


  • 15 March
  • 15 May
  • 15 August
  • 15 November

Applicants must use the Foundations web application form and submit the application via the Foundation’s web. Once the application has been submitted, the applicant will receive an e-mail receipt. All applicants will receive a reply once the Foundation Board has assessed the applications. Please note that the Foundation Board does not provide a justification for the decision given. Shortly after submission of your application, you will receive a receipt by email confirming that the Ramboll Foundation has registered your application.
