  • The Ramboll Foundation donates 1m DKK to UNHCR in Ukraine

    The Ramboll Foundation is deeply troubled by the conflict in Ukraine and therefore pledges to donate DKK 1 million to support UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, in their work within Ukraine and in bordering regions. Helping victims of conflict resonates well with the humanitarian spirit of our founders.

  • Ramboll Foundation appoints first ever Managing Director

    The Ramboll Foundation has appointed Ramboll Country Director, Søren Staugaard Nielsen, to be its first Managing Director. Søren Staugaard will start on 1 January 2022.

  • New chair to the Ramboll Foundation

    Robert Arpe (66 years) takes over as chairman of the Ramboll Foundation after Flemming Bligaard Pedersen, chairman since 2014. Former MD of Ramboll Denmark and Ramboll UK Robert Arpe has worked for the Ramboll Group for almost 40 years. Since 2018, Robert Arpe has also been a board member of the Ramboll Foundation.

  • The Ramboll PhD

    From 2019 and on, The Ramboll Foundation makes available an annual 500,000 EUR to PhD projects funded in cooperation with the Ramboll Group. Six new PhD’s have received funding in 2019.
