Before submitting your online application to the Ramboll Foundation we recommend that you read the Donation Policy for further guidelines and information.

All applications will be assessed by the Foundation Board. The Board meets four times a year. Applications for the quarterly Board meeting should therefore be submitted before the following dates:

• 15 March
• 15 May
• 15 August
• 15 November

Applicants must use the Foundation's online application form and submit the application via the Foundation’s website. Your application will be considered by the full board of trustees on their next quarterly meeting, approximately one month after the submission deadline for the quarter.

You can expect a reply within a couple of weeks following the board meeting. The secretariat will reach out to you if there is a need for supplementary information, but do not contact us for status enquires. Please note that the Foundation Board does not provide a justification for the decision given. For further information please read the Donation Policy.

The Ramboll Scholarship

Please note that the Ramboll Foundation does not support students studying abroad, but Ramboll Denmark does currently have such a programme for Danish university students.
